Al-Khaleej Village (2nd Stage)
To complete the Success of the first stage, and to satisfy the increasing need for Private resorts, Company Worked hard to finish the 2nd stage of Al-Khaleej Village,as follows:
A great gulf was built over area of 1 million m2 and contains alot of islands.

The 2nd stage include 200 private land areas around the Gulf with different areas, there is a private beach for each land with a good look at the million gulf , these lands are for sale with asuitable areas with the capability of Building, the company provides all base services like Electricity, Water, Phone, Lighting and trees

The Million Gulf
The Million Gulf was designed according to the most technical specifications, and comply with international requirments for these projects, a Model for the gulf with simulated in the laboratories of (Imperial College) in London
and to make sure, all the results were revised at Holandian (Delft Hydraulics center)

Results were as follows:
Water was renewed naturallyand continuously every 3 days according to factors of wind directions, this is better than the international rate which is 10 days.
